I created this blog to help people make healthier lifestyle choices. Wellness is comprised of 8 elements: intellectual, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, occupational, financial and social facets. I'd also add productivity or intention to this list as a bonus. Balance of these aspects could look different for everyone. Maybe it's de-cluttering your space, traveling abroad, creating a budget or any combination of those aforementioned facets.
